Come celebrate Canada Day by visiting the Courtenay and District Museum’s open house from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Guests of all ages are welcome and can enjoy music by local musician Alan Jossul and participate in kids’ crafts, courtesy of the museum staff. While you’re visiting, you can also check out our new temporary exhibit called “Dressed for the Occasion”.
Jossul is a local, nationally known, solo and ensemble guitarist. As an educator, he specializes in teaching students of all ages and levels to play and enjoy string-fretted instruments.
