As a registered Canadian Charity, we work hard to remain transparent and open. Our regular meetings are open to members to attend, and delegations may be submittted for inclusion at these meetings.
To submit a delegation, please send your outline/proposal to Executive Director, Dallas Stevenson, at ed@comoxvalleyarts.com at least 3 weeks prior to a general meeting. We cannot guarantee which meeting you may be scheduled for but will do our best to accommodate the earliest available.
Regular meetings the FIRST TUESDAY of each month at 6pm (except August & December), and are currently held via Zoom.
