Learn about mark-making\, surface techniques\, pastel types\, and layering while exploring the unique qualities of this versatile medium. Instead of completing a single artwork\, participants will create small studies on different surfaces to build confidence and technique.\n\nAbout the Instructor\nSandra Lamb has been teaching art in the Comox Valley for over 20 years\, offering instruction in a wide range of mediums\, including watercolors\, chalk pastels\, oils\, acrylics\, pen & ink\, portraiture\, landscape\, figurative work\, cartooning\, book illustration\, and drawing.
