CV/Arts is a common name for the nonprofit Society Comox Valley Arts. CV/Arts provides access to arts and cultural resources to everyone of all ages and backgrounds, and our mission is to champion the artistic vitality of the Comox Valley, BC.

Who we share your data with
The security and reliability of our service is our number one priority. We invest in the training of our staff and our infrastructure to ensure that best practices are followed in everything that we do.
WordPress is the platform chosen to build our website and the details on the security of the WordPress core itself can found on wordpress.org/about/security
Prevention is best when it comes to security, and as a first step, we follow all WordPress Code Standards in the plugins that we use.
In addition, we have an extensive array of professional plugins installed on the website to monitor and prevent potential security vulnerabilities in our services.
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site (paying members), you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
