Celebrate the launch of Pride Weekend in the Comox Valley at the season’s final Pulse on the Plaza on Friday, August 28th, from 5 to 9 PM at The Plaza in Downtown Courtenay. Presented by Comox Valley Arts, CVAG, Downtown Courtenay, Queer Centre CV, and Elevate, this free, family-friendly evening features live performances by Queer As Funk, Mean Bikini, and Devours, hands-on art making with the Art Wagon, local food vendors, dancing, and opportunities to connect with 2SLGBTQIA+ community organizations.
