Art Nights are back at Lake Trail this fall. The program, now in it’s third year opens its doors to members of the community to come in and make art with a wide variety of supplies available to families for free.
Comox Valley Arts provides a sponsorship to support Lake Trail Education Society’s Art Nights. The program continues to grow, with families, teens and seniors coming out to share in making art and building connections. Art Nights start in the fall and last throughout the school year.
There are few opportunities for teens in Comox Valley to engage in creative after school activities. Local establishments to take art classes have shut their doors following the challenges of the pandemic. Art Nights is filling a widening gap in services in this area.
